How much does the service cost? How will I be billed?

The monthly recurring charge for the service is $8.95 and it includes the first 100 minutes of toll-free dial-up Internet access and up to 25 faxes. We will send you a bill every month via US Mail.

Do I need to download your software to access your network?

No. Most browsers have a dial-up networking utility. This service is found in the "My Computer" folder or in the Control Panel. It will require you to add you login username, password and a dial-up access number.

What if I need more minutes? What if I go over my monthly allowance?
