Do I need to dedicate a phone line for the fax service?
No. You will receive a toll-free number that will be used as your new fax number. It is not
necessary to dedicate a phone line to the service, don't waste money on adding a phone line
for inbound faxes. Use Web Access Network!

How much does the service cost? How will I be billed?
The monthly recurring charge for the service is $8.95 and it includes the first 100 minutes
of toll-free dial-up Internet access and up to 25 faxes. We will send you a bill every month
via US Mail.

Web Access Network does not charge any additional phone charges. And, since you are only required
to use a toll-free access number you'll never get charged for long distance charges.

Do I need to download your software to access your network?
No. Most browsers have a dial-up networking utility. This service is found in the
"My Computer" folder or in the Control Panel. It will require you to add you login
username, password and a dial-up access number.

What if I need more minutes? What if I go over my monthly allowance?
If you go over or need additional minutes, or faxes, you will be billed at a rate of ten
cents per minute online and fifteen cents per faxed page respectively.
